Sending a Quote

You can send the quote directly from PressCal via email. The email is sent from your own Gmail account (see Gmail setup) so the customer receives it from you.

The email includes a link for online viewing of the quote, as well as an attached PDF. The customer can accept or request changes directly via the link.

Delivery status is tracked automatically: you will see whether the quote was sent, read, or accepted.
