Creating a Quote

Creating a quote starts from the cost calculator. Once you complete a costing, click "Create Quote" to convert the results into a professional document.

The quote automatically includes: customer details, detailed description of the works, quantities, unit prices, and totals. You can add multiple items to a single quote.

Each quote is stored in the system with a unique number and an expiry date. You can edit, duplicate, or cancel it at any time.
