Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By using the PressCal Pro platform, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
PressCal Pro is a print shop management platform that includes costing, quotes, imposition, email, job management, material inventory, and desktop tools (PressKit).
3. Account
Registration is via Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account corresponds to one organization (company).
4. Trial period
The free trial period lasts 15 days. After expiration, an active subscription is required for platform access. No credit card is required for the trial.
5. Subscription and payments
PressCal Pro subscription costs €29/month or €279/year (20% discount). Payment is via Viva Wallet. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
6. User data
Data you enter (customers, quotes, materials, etc.) belongs to you. In case of account deletion, data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
7. Gmail Integration
The platform requests access to your Gmail for reading, sending, and managing emails. Access is used exclusively within the platform for managing customer correspondence. You can revoke access at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for data loss due to force majeure or misuse.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified of significant changes via email.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
