PressCal ("we", "us") operates the PressCal Pro platform (presscal.com). This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we collect
We collect the following data:
- Account details: Name, email, profile photo (via Google OAuth)
- Email data: Access to your Gmail for reading, sending, and managing emails within the platform. We use scopes: gmail.send, gmail.modify
- Contacts: Read access to your Google Contacts for customer synchronization
- Business data: Quotes, customers, machines, materials, and other data you enter into the platform
3. How we use your data
Data is used exclusively for:
- Operating the PressCal Pro platform
- Email integration: reading inbox, sending quotes, managing customer correspondence
- Synchronizing contacts with your customer database
- Invoicing via Elorus (optional)
- Improving our service
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except:
- Viva Wallet: For subscription payment processing
- Stripe: For subscription payment processing (US region)
- Elorus: Only if you enable the invoicing integration
- Neon (PostgreSQL): Data storage in secure EU cloud database
- Vercel: Platform hosting
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers within the European Union (EU Central - Frankfurt). We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers. Gmail access tokens are stored encrypted.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Revoke Gmail/Google access at any time via Google Account → Security → Third-party apps
- Export your data

7. Cookies
We only use essential functional cookies (session authentication). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.
8. Google API data — Limited Use
PressCal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Gmail and Contacts data are used solely to provide the user-facing features described in this policy, and only as a result of your own actions
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to operate the platform, with your consent, or where required by law
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes
- No humans read this data unless you explicitly allow it, it is required for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law
- Email bodies and attachments are not stored on our servers — they are fetched on demand from the Gmail API
