How Costing Works

The PressCal cost calculator combines machine data, papers, and finishes to produce accurate cost figures in real time.

You start by selecting the product type (e.g. brochure, poster, box) and entering dimensions, quantity, colours, and finishes. The calculator automatically suggests the optimal imposition and computes paper, printing, and post-press costs.

You can adjust any parameter and immediately see how it affects the final price. Results include a detailed cost and profit breakdown.
